| Did you happen to see the movie Walk the Line about Johnny Cash? Great film! He had a television show for a while and what was unique was he would have guests such as Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, etc at a time when these guys were just starting out. Basically even though his audience was mainstream (older generation), and most people thought of him as Country/Western, he was interested in what the younger generation was bringing to music and did covers of many of the younger musicians songs. There is quite a bit of video out on You Tube from his show
